The KPC Medical College & Hospital, Shova Rani Nursing College, and Paramedical College are located on a huge 25-acre state-of-the-art campus with over 1.8 million square feet of building and provide health and educational services to millions of Indians. The KPC Group's pharmaceutical company, Chemgen Pharma International, collaborated with Ferrer Grupo of Barcelona, Spain, to establish The KPC-Ferrer Institute for Infectious and Tropical Diseases in 2010.

Swiftlythere.com was founded by the KPC Group and Mobidough, Inc. as a mobile and web-based travel services company that allows virtual, "home-based" travel agents to book international and domestic air, car, cruise, hotel, custom packages, and group sales bookings at discounted prices using simple payment and ticket redemption technology.

The KPC Group also has involvement in information technology (IT) and the architectural/engineering/construction sector.
